Mayfest, one of Tulsa’s most anticipated annual events, attracts over 20,000 attendees each year. Our Solution

For over six years, we have been the official merchandise provider for Mayfest. We sell their official retail gear at the event, transforming the official Mayfest poster into high-quality merchandise and efficiently handling retail transactions. In addition, we produce volunteer shirts and staff apparel, ensuring that all personnel are outfitted appropriately. To add an interactive element, we offer live printing at the event, which not only serves as an experiential attraction for attendees, but also reduces investment risk by producing items on-demand.

Our partnership with Mayfest has been highly successful. Each year, our merchandise enhances the festival experience, with last year marking the biggest sales year ever and over a 400% increase in retail sales since we began working together in 2018.
