Define Needs

Most orders begin with a Quote Request to help us understand your needs. For more complex projects, we recommend scheduling a consultation with our knowledgeable team. This approach enables our team to understand your unique situation and goals, allowing us to offer tailored recommendations and guidance.

We’ll need from you:

We’d love to learn more about your audience — the individuals who will be wearing the garments or using the products — as well as any preferences you have regarding the garment/product style and function. Understanding your budget and design requirements is crucial. Do you have particular colors or graphic elements in mind, or would you like assistance in crafting a design? Also, please inform us if there’s a specific deadline by which you need your order completed.

You’ll receive from us:

We’ll closely review your preferences and share tailored recommendations specific to your needs. Typically these include garments/product suggestions, recommended production techniques, design placements, etc.

Quote

Once we have a solid understanding of your needs, we’ll put together a quote detailing the estimated costs for your project. We’ll take into account the type of garments, quantities, and design (colors and locations) as well as any timeline constraints or special requests in order to provide you with an accurate estimate.

You’ll receive from us:

We’ll create a detailed invoice itemizing the estimated costs for your project and send it to you digitally for your review.

We’ll need from you:

Before proceeding, we’ll need your approval of this estimate. If you’re providing any graphics for your project, please ensure we receive the artwork file at this stage. Additionally, if you have specific colors in mind, kindly share them with us. For detailed guidelines on artwork requirements and a comprehensive list of supported colors, please refer to our Production Standards page.

Art Proofs

Whether you’re in need of help crafting a distinctive design concept or have artwork in mind already, our seasoned design team is here to actualize your vision. We’ll create mock-ups that allow you to visualize the final outcome of your order and offer any final input before moving forward to production.

You’ll receive from us:

Before we proceed with producing your order, you’ll receive an art mockup for your approval. It’s important to note that these mockups are digital approximations rather than exact representations. They provide a general idea of sizing, placement, and color, offering you the final opportunity to request any necessary changes before production begins.

We’ll need from you:

We kindly ask you to thoroughly review the art mock-ups, as once the artwork is approved, your order will be produced accordingly. Please pay close attention to ensure that the colors, dimensions, and garment details are accurate, and do not hesitate to inform us of any concerns you may have. See “Mock up Approval Tips” on our Production Standards page for more details on what to look for. Upon approval of the mock-ups, we will proceed with collecting payment to initiate production.

Production

Whether through screen printing, embroidery, or other specialized techniques, we execute each step of the production process with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality outcome for your project. Please note that payment will be needed to initiate production.

You’ll receive from us:

Upon completion of your order, we’ll promptly notify you that your order is ready for pickup.

We’ll need from you:

While we conduct our own quality assurance checks, the ultimate quality assurance responsibility rests with you, our valued customer. We request that you thoroughly verify that your order meets your expectations and promptly notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.
